Welcome to “The Shoulder Health And Injury Prevention” E-Book! I’m excited to announce that I have partnered with my head trainer. Zach Kotecki who has earned his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Fitness Management from Concordia University Chicago and is a certified personal trainer and certified tactical strength and facilitator through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Our goal is to keep you safe and moving freely without pain or restrictions from your day to day lives or workouts. With so many athletes focusing on getting bigger, stronger, and faster, we often forget to take the time to take care of our body and, most importantly, our shoulder and upper body health.  This program is specifically designed to improve shoulder health, prevent injuries, and increase range of motion and increase core stabilization all to make you a better, stronger and safer athlete. No more aches and pains preventing you from playing the game you love or keeping you from training. It’s time to take action!
