I know what you're thinking right now...

The bench press is intimidating for a number of reasons. I mean, you’re pushing something heavy in the air that can fall directly on your face or neck. Plus, bench is probably more difficult because a well meaning coach or buddy taught you the wrong way to approach this movement.
