During the COVID-19 quarantine period, you only have two options:
- Worry, or
- Get a plan. Part of that plan should include some hard workouts, because both cardio and weightlifting ease anxiety. And, more importantly, the stronger you get, the easier it is to resist COVID-19, or beat it if you do become infected. (Check out more on CDC.gov).
Unfortunately, with gyms across the country shut down, many people just don’t know where to start.
So let’s fix that.
