ABOUT ME

I am Zach Kotecki head personal trainer at Iron Valley Barbell, Indianapolis, Indiana. I am 23 and graduated from Concordia University Chicago in 2016 with my Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science and Fitness Management. I have 2 nationally known certifications through the National Strength and Conditioning Association; NSCA-CPT, and TSAC-F. I also am a Verified Contributor for Indy Fitness Magazine and a Content Producer for Ironvalleybarbell.net. I’ve been personal training since 2015 and recently moved to the Indianapolis area back in April of 2017. I have been studying and learning under IVB gym owner and elite powerlifter, Zach Homol for a little over a year now and continue to learn and further my knowledge each and every day. I was a high school varsity baseball starter for 4 years, 2-year varsity captain for baseball and 1 year for varsity basketball. I have also gone on to coach for both sports at Illinois Lutheran High School in Crete, IL where I attended upon graduating. Between my playing days and coaching years, I have 4 Regional Titles, 1 Sectional Title, a Super-Sectional appearance and helped coach the 2016 State Championship team, all for baseball. Unfortunately, my playing days were cut short due to a c3 fracture in my neck Junior year but my passion for sports and helping others has not gone away. I now use the knowledge I have acquired over the years of playing, coaching and studying the game to train athletes to become stronger, faster and more versatile. I believe each person/athlete should be well rounded in all aspects of his/her sport and do so in a manner that is not harmful to the athlete’s body. Outside of training and working out I enjoy spending time with friends and family, watching the game or catching up on some personal development books or podcasts.

Availability

Monday - Friday: 7am – 2pm. 6:30– 8:30pm

Saturday: 11pm – 5pm

Sunday: 1pm – 5pm

Training Pricing/Information

Single Sessions: $55/Hr. – Must meet minimum of 2 times a week to hold time slot.

12 Pack Session: $635 (Saving $25)

24 Pack Session: $1,250 (Saving $70)

Workout Only - $120 Per month
