Getting Through Rough Weeks

Everyone goes through a funk or has a rough week from time to time and this past week was just that for me. Actually it was that way for the majority of the team here at IVB. While everyone has their own reasons for being in distress or a funk, it effects everyone around them.

What I found that is so special about the team here is that when these times come everyone picks one another up. Instead of giving in to feeling sorry for ourselves and giving in to the funk, we drowned out the outside noise and focused on our vision. We persevered and because of this we got stronger; mentally, physically and emotionally. Now all of those negative thoughts and troubles are behind us and we’re still on track to meet our goals.

These funks are unavoidable but when you want to give up or begin to second guess your choices just remember the reason that you set out on this path in the first place. Find a team who is willing to charge into battle with you every single day and #WinTheDay!
